How can I be certain my child will be safe at camp?

The ACA (American Camp Association) is a nationally-recognized accrediting body for camping programs and a leader in childhood development, education and welfare. To earn ACA accreditation, Pictured Rocks has to comply with more than 300 health, safety and program quality standards. Our camp is regularly reviewed by ACA professionals to ensure we continue to meet these high standards. Only 1 in every 4 camps across the nation seeks and earns this distinction. No accreditation process, licensing program, set of regulations or laws can guarantee safety, but ACA accreditation is evidence that Pictured Rocks is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for campers.
