This F-250 4x4 / Lance 815 Truck Camper is completely ready to go on its next adventure. This was our first camper to get our feet wet and really fell in love with the lifestyle. Selling to upgrade into a new truck camper and would like to see this going to a good home. We have invested a ton into our rig and I'm probably going to forget a few of the upgrades in this list. I take pride in maintaining my vehicles and would have no hesitation driving this setup across the country next week.

2001 Lance 815 Cab-Over Camper; Upgrades and Mods Include:

-Includes Torklift's Fast Gun Turnbuckle Tie down system. This was a major investment but makes loading/unloading the camper a quick task.

200-watt solar setup with new charge controller. New Revology AGM battery and we have yet to run out of power.
-Truck and camper are registered as an RV which makes the annual DMV fees minimal. Saves us about a $800 a year on registration and would save you the 4+ hour wait at the DMV.

-Max Air Fan (fully adjustable speed & reversible fan motor), can be left fully open and still remain water-sealed.

-New vinyl flooring; additional waterproof barrier was placed under the flooring to be ultra-safe against any spills.

-New front hitch installed. We generally carry our generator and extra supplies up front which does not impede access into the camper while on road trips.

-New TV installed which runs off the household inverter/solar combination. The setup allows us to easily connect to our hotspot and stream Netflix or YouTube directly through our phones. DVD player included.

-New set of scissor steps with quick release bracket installed.

-New 12v water pump with filter (all water tanks have been sanitized and flushed out yearly).

-Upgraded Kitchen Tile Backsplash and fresh paint. Spare paint available upon request.

-Upgraded Shower Head; Additional Waterproofing and storage space in wet bath. The hose mod has been completed on this rig which helps save water space (the shower goes into the black holding tank which generally fills up quickly). The mod solves and allows us to go about 4-5 days without having to dump water.

-Refrigerator replaced with household 120v fridge which can easily be replaced (stock fridges on these models are notorious for breaking off the propane setting). Runs completely off-grid with solar/battery and inverters and we can go for a week at a time without having the battery run below 50% charge.

-2,000 watt inverter powers tv, fridge and other 120v items as needed.

-Secondary deep cycle battery under the truck (generally used as a backup for emergencies).

-Installed new household A/C unit within fridge space. Runs great off a regular 2,000 watt generator and does a great job of cooling the space in the hot summer months.

-Entire camper has been re-sealed/weatherproofed. Absolutely no leaks or damage inside the camper.

-New thermostat

- Features include a full kitchen with a 2-burner stove with overhead fan vent. The cabover area includes a generous queen bed with available storage on both sides. There are multiple 12volt/usb power sources throughout the camper and we will include a 120v adapter. There are also two dedicated 120v outlets in the camper for use whenever plugged into household power.

There are two roof vents which include a larger escape hatch above the queen bed. The camper comes ready to go with a fresh propane tank and two deep cycle marine batteries (batteries are recharged whenever driver the vehicle and do not drain anything from the truck itself). All electrical was upgraded with heavy-duty Anderson clips for easy disconnect or removal. Manual camper jacks easily lift the camper on and off the truck and will also include an adopter for use with a power drill (which makes the process a lot faster). This camper was unique in that it stops right at the end of a long bed, making towing and overall maneuverability a lot easier to drive. Specific camper specs are below:

Floor Length: 8'6''
Width: 86''
Interior Height: 6'6''
Fresh Water Tank Capacity: 18 Gallons
Gray Water Tank Capacity: 11 Gallons
Black Water Tank Capacity: 10 Gallons
Furnace: 20 BTU's
Dry Weight: 1,667 pounds
Overall Length: 16'5''

2004 Ford F-250 XLT 4x4 Crew Cab, Clean Title, Second Owner and recently registered for 2021. Absolutely no surprises or funny business at the DMV. The truck has 151,000 freeway miles on it and stored most of its life whenever not in use. The original owner various warranty repairs done several years ago and I had a dealer go through everything which includes fresh fluids everywhere. The truck's two batteries are kept on a battery charger 24/7 and I have changed the oil every 3,500 miles. I invest in Blackstone Laboratory reports after each oil change and everything is in great shape. They recommend going up to 6,000 miles but I still opt for the 3,000-3,500 range. The chassis and steering components are greased after every oil change along with the EGR valve being inspected and thoroughly cleaned every other oil change (excessive but good to be proactive on the 6.0's). I also invest the $60 and use both the Archoil AR9100 oil friction modifier and AR6400-D diesel fuel system cleaner which are proven platforms to help keep these 6.0's running clean. I also have two or three sets of OEM oil filters and synthetic oil for the next oil change (around $200 worth of supplies). I regularly scan with my OBD Scanner and this vehicle is free of any error codes.

Other upgrades for the truck include:
-New radiator with warranty.
-Fresh coolant flush with full inspection through a trusted diesel mechanic. References are available for the work and condition of the truck. Both the oil cooler and EGR cooler are in excellent operating condition. No fault codes or any funny business.
-Heavy Duty Front Hitch
Archioil replaced with every oil change; every time.
-Turbo, EGR, Intercooler and injectors were all newly replaced by the original owner.
-Fresh fuel filters were just replaced (both upper and lower).
-Newly replaced, rebalanced, and aligned heavy-duty tires (always ran on the recommended psi level).
-New ABS module (original owner never had the ABS working due to a tire blowout). ABS has remained fully operational since the repair.
-Upgraded cd/radio/bluetooth radio system.
-Backup camera
-Torklift Fast Guns included with sale (over $700 and makes adjustments and camper removal super quick and easy). I will also include the original tie-down system upon request.
-Battery Charger Installed when truck is not in use. Included with sale.
-Fresh pair of windshield wipers.

Please, serious inquiries only and if you're seeing this listing, the vehicle is still for sale. Willing to assist with transportation and drop-off logistics for the right buyer. Selling only as a combo as we need a dually for our next Lance camper.
